Your fire alarm system is your first line of defence in a fire emergency. It’s designed to provide early warning, allowing safe and timely evacuation. However, to stay legally compliant and fully operational, your system must be regularly maintained.

Under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, all businesses are legally required to implement a suitable maintenance schedule for their commercial fire alarm systems. Failing to do so puts lives at risk and could lead to serious legal and financial consequences.

That’s where we come in. At DRAM, we offer flexible and cost-effective fire alarm maintenance contracts tailored to your business needs. Our experienced engineers carry out all work in full compliance with BS 5839-1, ensuring your system is inspected, tested, and maintained to the highest standard.

As a BAFE-accredited provider certified by SSAIB (UKAS accredited), we bring proven competence and reliability to every site we service — giving you peace of mind that your fire alarm system is not only fully compliant but ready when it matters most.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dram were hired to install a new fire alarm system for us. The engineer arrived on time, carried out his work, cleaned up any mess after. Really nice guy and also was showing my son what he was doing as my son was very interested. I would highly recommend this company and have passed on their details to friends. I would definitely use them again if needed.
