ColorVu Technology
Our ColorVu technology is the latest in the fight against night time darkness. In the past, when the night time crept in and natural light become low, standard conventional cameras would emit an Infra-Red (IR) light which would allow the camera to see but in black and white. The downside of IR is it bounces off certain objects such as glass, license plates and is massively absorbed by plant life. The result being you may miss that critical image shot in the night time.
The ColorVu technology replaces the IR with a warm white light and keeps the image in full colour during the low light of night time. The white light emitted to the area is just enough for the camera to use, but not enough to create a bright light such as you get with a security light.
