Every one of our installations can be backed up by a comprehensive maintenance package. Without regular maintenance even the most effective equipment will deteriorate, so it’s important that a qualified engineer checks your system at least annually. This will ensure your equipment is working properly, meets current standards, and is less likely to fail or develop faults in the future.

One-off call outs
We recommend customers to have a regular maintenance visit from one of our qualified engineers. But if you don’t want to commit to a maintenance contract for your CCTV system, you can request an engineer visit for a one-off call-out fee. Depending on the CCTV system and the problem, this is usually £85 for residential and £135 for commercial per hour.
